  • AVOID: Fine Fone Solutions + Motorola Phones Dec 21, 2012

    It was a big mistake I gave my Motorola phone for service to the Fine Fone Solutions Jayanagar. Its almost about 1.5 months now that my phone is with them and they are still not giving it back to me.

    They say that my handset is with Motorola and they will give me a call when the phone arrives. But when will that happen?? Should I wait for one year to get the phone repaired?

    Both Motorola and Fine Fone Solutions are my worst mistake and I will never go them from now on, neither will I buy any Motorola product.

  • AVOID and visit Sai Srinivasa Technologies instead Nov 09, 2012

    For my Motorola Defy under warranty, they did not inform status for almost 1 and half months and only after wasting time away from office and visiting them in person, did they inform that the part was out of stock. And for all their service after 2 and half months, the phone is STILL not working (does not charge!!)

    Fine fone mobile services is the worst mobile service centre. Please avoid this.
    My HTC mobile was going in a loop hence not starting up. We gave for servicing in Fine Fone solutions and they took 3 weeks without informing us the status and when we call its either busy or no one picks the call. After 3 weeks we see mobile is in same condition they have not tried anything and when asked what is the solution they say HARDWARE PROBLEM we have to replace and we need to pay 4500/- . I said not required and they asked me to pay 250/- for service for nothing just for keeping my mobile for 3 weeks.    ... read more

    Hello all,

    This is the worst service center ever in bangalore that i have come across. They can create new "problems" for you but can never give "solutions" !! Useless.. i have no other words to rate or review them.

    Better repair the phone urself and expect better results than going in for Center like this!
