I really liked Titan Products till I visited this store. From sales girl to manager, everyone says a different cost of the product. I was told a cost and asked to come back till they complete changing my strap. When I returned in 10 minutes, I was told the cost is something else!! The staff says the sales girl made the mistake and I should pay more. She is new and don't know anything. They never apologized for their mistake..
