    An employee by name Anitha was very RUDE and she & her husband (who doesnt even work there) were SHOUTING at us when we went to collect our clothes (which were already delayed by more than 6days) ...i informed the owner & their manager Babu just kept telling that action will be taken but NO ACTION WAS TAKEN..THEY ARE LIARS and CHEATS...also, their RATES are too much UNREASONABLY..pls refrain from going there...

    I have given my clothes (1 Suit - Coat and Trouser and 1 Shirt) for dry cleaning on 26th October and I was promised the delivery on 29th October. They kept on delaying the delivery and 1 week back they told to me that they can give the coat and the shirt back but the trouser is missing. They are continuously cooking up the stories and fooling me for the last 1 week that they have put the individual behind bars and things like this and now they have told to me that they cannot give my trouser back and will not reimburse the money as well (they have ruined my Blackberry suit worth 9000 rs.).
