Rip off -- Don't get fooled by the fancy looks 2012-05-15
Had the worst experience for a seemingly premier hospital. My wife had a surgery procedure on May 2nd, 2012. The procedure was supposed to last 30 minutes. For three hours no one from the hospital informed family members of the patients status. Later after getting discharged from Operation theater to the patient room, there was no doctor who came to check on the patient for five hours. The patient was kept starving for lack of attention from nursing staff, which we found incompetent and unresponsive....Although there are lots of nurses in the hospital they are only busy gossiping and and cluste... read more -

Cloud NIne - Dangerous old Airport Road 2012-04-25
Ill equipped staff, doctors..It just took 3 hours for my 7 days old baby not to find a vein and give IV line for drip by cloud nine nurses and doctors so called pideatrecian...in 3 hours they could not able to put a IV line for drip which is required for my baby and keep on pricking her body for 3 hours and atlast told me to take her to Manipal...I went to Philomena and in 10 mins they found the vein and did the required medication..Doctor's word" i am not getting her vein and nurses keep on pricking her body aling with doctor"..for this unsuccessful experiment on my baby's body they charged for... read more -

Cloud 9 - Old Airport Road... Just Pathetic ! 2012-02-17
We had our normal delivery done by Dr Praveena Shenoi at Manipal. No doubt, she is just awesome and services at Manipal is just fantastic. Even Dr Arvind Shenoi is a good doctor.
However,I would not recommend Cloud Nine at Airport road at all. We took our baby to see Dr Arvind Shenoi. Even though we had appointment, we had to wait for 2 hours!!! Just imagine how difficult it is to wait for so long with a small baby. Staff out there is totally confused and a bit rude. Initially, they sent some junior doctor to see us and Dr Arvind Shenoi came only for 5 min later. We felt that we have... read more -

Avoid Dr. Kini and Cloud 9 Hospital 2012-02-07
Hi all, this is my personal experience with Dr. Kini and Cloud 9.
My wife is in 20th week of pregnancy and has been undergoing consultations from Dr. Kini. He usually dismisses us in 5 minutes and is impatient to hear any more issues.
We have been warned against going to Kini but we were fine till this happened.
My wife developed severe backache on a Sunday afternoon and she could not tolerate it. We call up Kini and he does not pick upo calls. My wife is a Dentist and being a doctor by herself, she realized that something is more wrong than a usual backache. We go to Cloud... read more -

cloud Nine Awesome Services 2011-12-16
Hi All,
I have been blessed with lil angel on 12-12-2011, it was great experinces, Special Thanks to Dr. Shashikala Hande, She is very nice and understanding doctor and there nursing staff was just great, they were available all the time with smile.
If you are confuse just visit the hospital once its far better than lot of other hospital in city. if want to compare it to Columbia Asia believe me Cloud9 is far far better(Personal view). -

Baby killers 2011-11-05
I had the worst possible personal experience here, so let me state a few things about this hospital.
This hospital is good for fair weather situations. If there is no complication (normally there isn’t as pregnancy is a process designed by God), this place will look like heaven. You have your baby in your arms, nurses will be all coochy-coo around you and your baby, good hotel style room and service etc. In short, gift wrapped experience for the labouring lady. God help you if you have a complication. Judge for yourself:

Beware of Dr. Kishore 2011-10-01
We had very bad experience with Dr. Kishore. We have gone for general check up (consulting fee 500/-) for my kid (6 months old) and complained that he his shaking his head very often. Dr. has suggested
for an EEG and blood tests for which 3500/- has been charged. The worst thing I notice was, while suggesting for the diagnosis, Dr Kishore has said to visit him after a week. That itself states, he has suggested it for money. As we were bit worried to see EEG in the diagnosis list, we got the reports very next day and went to the Hospital.

The Cradle is no Cloud Nine 2011-08-16
The Cradle experience was distressing in many ways.
My wife and I had decided that we will go to the best hospital for the birth of our first child. We were suggested ’The Cradle’ by a colleague, who praised it high standards. However, the only thing high about The Cradle is the HIGH MEDICAL BILLS!
My wife was admitted at around 9 a.m. having dilated about 2cms. We were taken to the Suite, which we had booked in advance. While the rooms were impressive, it was the lack of coordination that was appalling.

Exceptionally Good Hospital & Facilities - Cradle 2010-10-05
The Cradle has made it difficult for us to sum up our experiences in few words. But to do justice to the fantastic team at The Cradle, here is a summary - "06.06.2010 was a great day for Jayden, our new born, thanks to personalized care by Dr Anuradha & Dr Nandini, assisted by able Nursing Staff. Our experiences at the prenatal consulting & Scan sessions, labour room, post delivery ward, the NI-CU,the wards, interactions with nursing chief of staff, dietitian, the pediatricians team & right up-to the reception & billing desks was way extraordinary. Unforgettable Memories At Cradle Bangalore 2010-09-06
I want to say Thank u to Dr.Brunda... she is a wonderful doctor i have ever met. I came down from singapore for the delivery and it was great experience with brunda,she is so friendly and gives good suggestions for each and every problem. Both my twins keep me busy all the time. And also need to thank Dr.Kishore he is an amazing doctor.. My 1st experience in The Cradle was rocking, excellent facilities, homely and lot more..... Thanks to the entire team of The Cradle who takes so much pain to make each and every mom to be feel homely.
