Truly awful experience. Went half an hour late and got told to come 30 mins later - totally understandable coz it was a busy Saturday evening.
Came back in the 30 mins ... Got a 'consultation' from my hair-stylist - basically when I asked for suggestions, got a magazine filled with white models thrust into my face and got told I could choose from there. then comes the amazing bit - I choose a haircut. And then she comes back to tell me - SHE DOESNT CUT SHORT HAIR. Now, my hair is already only shoulder length - hardly a bit of my anatomy that was hidden. Totally not worth the money spent. I had asked for a senior stylist. I have wavy unpredictable hair and they absolutely did not know how to deal with it. -

Got my hair cut and colored. The hair coloring was really poor. The stylist was rude. My hair color was uneven. Really not worth my hard-earned money. The haircut was okay but not extraordinary... And I had specifically asked for a senior stylist. Maybe I was unlucky that I got that particular stylist, but I wouldn't risk it again... -

I don't know why the previous reviewer felt the way she did, maybe a good old step cut should be gotten in the local beauty parlor instead. As a regular customer of Bounce for over two years now, I have not yet walked away unhappy. Although I cannot comment on the other services, the hair stylists are pretty darn good and they know their trade. One gets 4 choices in the stylist. The Junior, Senior, Specialist and the Creative Director. They are priced accordingly starting from 600 Rs to 1600 and well worth every penny. I hate my hair mostly but every time I walk out of Bounce, undoubtedly there... read more -

Same old 2009-11-30
Looking for that good old step cut? got a little extra money on your hands? go to bounce. For what you pay I was expecting them to be a little more creative with their scissors. A lot of talk and finger flourishing after which you end up looking like every other woman on the street.
If you want that short sassy haircut i suggest you stay far away! I ended up walking out of there feeling like my boarding school barber had just finished with me. They do however do your eyebrows perfectly! It is a little steep but if you want them to look natural and not like they've been shaved off and drawn... read more -
