I don't know why the previous reviewer felt the way she did, maybe a good old step cut should be gotten in the local beauty parlor instead. As a regular customer of Bounce for over two years now, I have not yet walked away unhappy. Although I cannot comment on the other services, the hair stylists are pretty darn good and they know their trade. One gets 4 choices in the stylist. The Junior, Senior, Specialist and the Creative Director. They are priced accordingly starting from 600 Rs to 1600 and well worth every penny. I hate my hair mostly but every time I walk out of Bounce, undoubtedly there is a spring in my step, a bounce to my new hair style and content in my heart.
Unlike other salons and spas I have seen, the stylists do not push you to purchase products. They offer advice, and tips. But they don't claim that it is only their products that work. If you are looking for a change of hairstyle, then Bounce is the place to head to.
