Lousy!!!!! 2011-08-30
I had called them to enquire about a certain service that i needed and some lady answered the call and kept me on hold for a straight 3 minutes only to be attended by another lady who I am sure picked up the phone wondering why its not kept properly! anyways... a BIG no no to such a place! wake up guys! We are doing you a favour and not the other way round! -

I have been a Bodycraft regular and am pretty pleased with their services. Their service is great, if a little slow. I have been to several parlors in Bangalore and Mumbai; and Bodycraft definitely stars in my top 5 salons. -

Not too bad 2009-11-13
I have been going to bodycraft for few years, first to the Coles Road salon and of late to Indiranagar. The place is done up well and some of their services are good. I like the facials, manicure & pedicure. Would not go there for a hair cut. Service is good most of the time. -

Being very particular about my pedicures, this one really poked and hurt ! Need I say more ?
I asked for my hair to be set, and told her that it had to last me atleast 24 hours because I was going to be on an international flight.My hair was back to normal by the time I reached the airport even.I could have done a better job at home.I think the staff should stop being so engrossed in serving fresh juice, coffee, tea and sandwiches and perfect their services first !
The only plus point is that its near for me since I live in Indiranagar.Guess beggars cant be choosers. -

My husband first tried out Bodycraft and was pretty pleased with his haircut.
I had a mixed experience when I went with a friend. We wanted to relax and be pampered before a big night out so we made a reservation for manicures, pedicures, and our hair to be styled. We thought we gave ourselves plenty of time (3 hrs) but when we arrived, Bodycraft was packed and clearly having a reservation doesn't entitle you to prompt or timely service. Been a few times now ... can highly recommend the manicures & pedicures - and ask for the rooftop terrace ... is lovely and relaxing.
Prices are, I think, very good for the level of service provided. -

Iv started going to this place for almost about a year. I visit this place once in every 2 weeks. Iv had number of pedicures, manicures, facials, cleanups, waxings, hair massages and other things.. Never a complaint on my lips. I Always leave this parlour perked up..!!
One Advise: Once u inside this place, please dont keep a track of time, or u loose the out of world experience these guys are too good at giving.
Ambience: Brilliant, very elegant, calm and again out of the world.
Service: So Top class that a lot of phirnagis come here..

I had been there initially to see how the place was. Fell in love with the place. HAve recommended it to most of my family memebers. They have become regulars there now. Lovely place. Love the hospitality there. The service is very good. -
