So horribly disappointed with Bodycraft this time!
My husband went in for a haircut and was attended to by a junior stylist. He gave him such a lousy haircut...Something that a regular barber could have done a much better job at (for 1/10 the price!).
Even after addressing the fact that he was unhappy with his haircut, he was still charged! I think you're in need of quality control Bodycraft! You need to employ people who can cut hair-not just anyone! (Preferably someone who can speak and understand English as well?)
