Pathetic buffet. Perfect for a miserable afternoon 2012-02-07
Visited this place with team for afternoon buffet. We were expecting it to be good as I had heard good things about the food and the price of the buffet was 550/- (excluding taxes) per head.
First the variety in the buffet was pathetic. Two starters and two curries and two desserts is not called a buffet. People opt for buffet to have a wider selection of food to choose from. Additionally they serve the food on tables in a tortoise speed. Requests are refill at table take long, and hence we finished up fast.
Maybe this could have been overlooked If the food was worth it. But... read more -

It's a nice place to be with your loved ones. The food is good and little expensive. For a couple it will cost you Rs.800-Rs.1500(including a drink) Ambiance is very peaceful and you will enjoy the CANDLE LIGHT DINNER. On an average :- Food :-3/5 (Food was good just bit expensive) Ambiance :- 5/5 (I was in search of a place which is calm and you can spend time with your loved one.) Service:- 4/5 Overall, worth a try!!!

No good time 2011-07-04
After watching 12.20pm show at PVR, my wife and I wanted to try out something other than Saheb Sindh Sultan. So we walked till Bay Leaf 2.30pm. My wife said this is a descent place because her grandfather used to like it when it was Jacaranda.
Everyone said that the service is excellent but what I experienced was totally different. I ordered Murg hara dhania and I was advised its spicy and go for Murg Hyderabadi instead. Thats where I thought the staff is not well informed. My order was very simple, Murg Hara Dhania, 2 Rumali rotis, a beer and 2 glasses.

Great food, awesome ambience, rich menu, good service. Loved this place.
They have two different menus. One for lunch/dinner, other one is just for light eating with some cocktail/mocktail. They have happy hours 3 PM onwards with great variety of beverages. -
