    the reception staff is not friendly and the people are least accommodating. They force the customers to take a massage and deny other services unless and until a full massage is taken. Quite unprofessional staff and least customer centric. I would rate this place 2 out of 10 (where 10 being the best and 1 being the worst)...The whole purpose of going to a spa is to relax and detox, and here it none of this was met.
