Dear Suria it has been wonderful to have visited your spa twice these past two weeks after a year as iam from Mumbai and travel alot and i must compliment you once again for the wonderful experience i had via the body,feet and hand massage,you and your team are doing a great job as always and look forward to visiting you on my next visit to Bangalore,a special compliment to Ari who did the pedicure and manicure she is outstanding and knows her job i give her 6 stars,thanks once again for everything wish you all the very best and we see more AHVATARAS opening all over in INDIA

I have visited Ahvataras 3 times so far, most recently over the last weekend. I go there for a body massage, but since I haven't been able to figure out the differences between the various packages they offer, I have always gone with the "Mandara" (which, I believe, is a massage for relaxing tired/sore muscles). The masseuses seem very well trained and their massages are very relaxing, but I do have some comments:
1. I want to suggest the use of warm, damp towels to remove the excess oil that is left behind on the body after a massage. I have experienced this at other spas and find it... read more -

Amazing experience 2012-03-31
Run by a pretty lady Suria who was very friendly and honest with me. Ahvataras is an excellent place with great ambiance.I visited this place for a haircut after having ordinary to disastrous experiences in other salons (Bblunt, Bounce and Salon Nayana) and i must admit i loved it. I loved the fact that they are so honest.. Every place that i visited tried to sell me something or the other but at Ahvataras they never tried to sell me anything. Samin who did my hair tried to understand what i wanted asked me lot of questions and gave me a hair cut that i "wanted". On top of this its a total value... read more -

The reason for this international standard spa is, of course, Suria. She runs it with personalized interest.
A must visit place to relax and untie all muscle knots. -

SPA of International Standard 2011-12-19
Most of the time I travel from bellandur to Indiranagar for a SPA, not knowing there was a SPA of an international standard in Bellandur itself.
I visited this place last week, excellent ambiance; the hospitality is very good, every room has got its own unique antiques. Had a deep tissue massage, the therapist was good, she gave the right kind of pressure. All the oils & aromas used are of international quality & standard. Hygiene is well maintained
Overall I would rate it an excellent place, value for money. -

very good pedicure 2011-11-13
I had severe cracked heels, to the extent that my hubby commented on it :( But today, after my pedicure , in just one sitting, my heels have become 'baby-soft'! and looks as if there was no cracks ever! the lady who did my pedicure was amazing! her name is Arey( i hope the spelling is correct). i have done pedicures at many salons, but i should say that after many years, i feel like touching my feet again! i will come back again suria! :) rajni -

Excellent Experience! 2011-10-22
Its been two times since I visited "ahavataras" and loving it already. Had a great head massage and a deep tissue massage. Guess it would be an addiction from here on after a stressful week. Had also gifted a few coupons to my wife on her birthday a few weeks back and she couldn't thank me enough for the best time she had (including the greetings from the staff and the best treatments).The prices are quite reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly. Thanks "Ahavataras" for being the friendly neighborhood heaven!

Pathetic and overpriced!! 2011-10-18
I have been to ahvataras a couple of months ago and ever since i came back i was waiting to post a review on the service.
I took an appointment for a facial for me and my husband(despite his reluctance to have it done)at ahvataras.The place welcomes you with great interiors and ambience but that indeed is very misleading.The services are in serious contrast to the setup of the place.
I basically opted for a facial because i my forehead was slightly tanned.So i thought the facial would remove the tan and provide a relaxing massage.However, My facial started with a scrub that did not last... read more -

just to clarify certain points you have brought up..firstly a scrub shouldnt be done for more then 5 minutes..depending on the skin type, it can be only done the most for 3 minutes..the purpose of a scrub is to remove dead cells. if a scrub is overdone, then a client might get breakouts or scarring of the skin..please remember that our products are not local so we dont follow your local parlours' way of doing a facial here. our products are organic and are from Bali and Switzerland. Nice experience 2011-09-13
I had a stiff neck and shoulder and was badly in need of de-stressing them. I made an appointment with the spa. By the time I reached all were set for the massage. The lady did perform an excellent massage which loosened up my muscles. Next I went in for facial (jantani) after which I felt my face skin was really smooth. The ambience was excellent and the staff were really helpful. Thanks Ahvataras! -
