I visited this spa for a haircut on Friday, 6th July. The appointment process was smooth and this being my second visit to the SPA, i had no trouble in locating it.
However, I am not too happy with the services i received.
And mails bounced while trying to reach the owner with my feedback, so here is my take -
@ Haircut - while the final outcome was ok, but the entire experience was not what i was expecting. the gentleman who served me started cutting the hair directly, without washing my hair (Just like a hair cutting saloon would do). And there was complete disregard to any styling or nitty gritty's of a hair cut that good/reputed Spas or salons would show. The experience was not much different from a standard neighborhood hair cutting saloon.
@ ambience - And to make things worse - the room in which haircut was performed was very dimly lit, it was shabby, there was no air conditioning or cooling of any sort and there were mosquitoes. these are very basic hygiene factors which even the typical hair cutting saloons take care of.
My point is if I am visiting a Spa for a haircut and paying 4-5 time what a neighborhood hair cutting salon charges, my expectation is to at least receive an above average service quality and experience. This was completely missing.
