I have been frequenting adaa atleast once in a couple of months for over a couple of years now and i still feel that it serves the best paneer in town. They claim they fly it from delhi every day ( although i assume its got something to do with the milk they procure and how they curdle it).
Apart from that the food is excellent esp the vegetarian fare. The dal makhani disappoints a lot.Maa ki daal should be the pride of this place but unfortunatelt its not. The humble tur dal salvages the humiliation of the dal makhani remarkably though.

Prediactable fare, but what I like about them is that they have been consistently decent. Their paneer is from some secret place ... so tasty and the paneer tikka is always made to perfection ... -

Surpised at the recent bad reviews 2011-09-29
I am an Adaa faithful! Whenever I need sinful punjabi khana, this is the place I head to. Considering there is no way you can get a "light" mughlai/punjabi cuisine, this place works because atleast it doesnt give an upset tummy.
Indeed the hospitality is not the greatest. But the food rocks!! Kababs here are easily the best. The chicken is always tender. For vegetarians, the paneer here is unsurpassable.
