I pass this place quite often and every-time see their banner for their buffet lunch! Decided to finally try it today.
The location is nothing great...parking can be a problem for cars. From outside it looks as if this place has shut down ages ago.
Its on the first floor, door is closed and no one even to open. Now which restaurant will keep its door closed without anyone being at the door to entertain their guests!
After being seated at the table...we had no clue why we cam here! No one came to ask for anything...we assumed this place serves both buffet and ala-carte.... read more -

Pathetic Service 2012-01-06
This is the 4th time we visited this restaurant on december 17, 2011 for dinner. To our surprise we found that they serve only buffet dinners. We decided to go ahead only to find that many dishes on the buffet spread were exhausted and they wanted us to go for a-la-cart. We wanted to go with the flow but found that they took long time to keep up with serving. The food quality has also gone down over time... There is lot of competition for this restaurant in this area and it has to pull up its socks, if it wants to stay in the business.... I will think twice before visiting again!! -

Not for the hardcore buffet lovers!! 2011-12-07
Been here last weekend(27.11.11). Really disappointed because of the following reasons - 1) the menu and the environment is far far different and lesser from the same restaurant at indiranagar! . 2) They dont have any variety in rotis - you only get plain rotis! 3) non-veg items are just fine. 4) one of the main dessert items - gulab jamun got over by 9:15pm and the restaurant closes at 11:30pm!!! When asked for the reason, they said they had lot of customers. Seems they didnt know it was a weekend! 5) i dont know if it happens every weekend, but on the day i went, they didnt accpet credit cards!... read more -

Very good tasty north indian food 2011-11-01
Have been to this place a couple of times and there is consistency in the quality of food.
...the food is tasty and the quantity is also good...
...the ambience is neat and good
.. the menu is standard having almost all north indian dishes
.. daal makhani and all paneer dishes are very good
.. can be visited again -

Good North-Indian Food, Veg menu a bit small 2011-10-03
Excellent ambiance, Excellent service, Excellent food. We went in on a Saturday, it being Navratri time, was veg-by-choice. The only problem was, the menu-card for veg items was pretty miserly, with only about 10-12 items and not many variations, so I was pretty disappointed on that front. However the food was excellent, the rice wasn't as succulent as anyone would like, but I'll let that pass, The breads were all good.
Will be going back soon to have a dig at the non-veg section :) (The menu was much more exciting on the non-veg side) -

Its perhaps the only north indian restaurant with authentic taste at an amazingly low price
I've been to this place like 100 times as my office is very nearby ... staff is courteous, food is amazing, quantity is good, quality is good ... ambience is OK
I'd recommend this place to everyone who is looking for good non-veg north indian cuisine -

Superlative!!! 2011-03-23
Wow, is all my wife, my mother and me could comment after having the lunch buffet at this place. It was my mother's birthday and as we are all great fans of north indian cuisine I took my family for lunch here.
I have a one and half year old toddler who is quite a handful and does not allow my wife to eat peacefully in any restuarant. In this place all the staff was so ready to help (by serving stuff on the table, offering to replace stuff that had gone cold like the roti's, even carried my son for some time) that we were stunned.

I have been to TOR a couple of times.. one thing I did not like there was waiting for food for a long time. i have been their with my friends for a-la-carte as well with my corporate friends for a set menu dinner. both of them, the service was very slow.
On terms of food, some of the items are really good like potli kabab and shahi tukda.. overall the food is good..(if only the service gets better, everything will be perfect...)
its ideal for those who have a lot of time and want to have good food... -
