This is the original Rayalseema Ruchulu outlet.
The waiters are courteous and responsive and tables are usually available here without any waiting time unless you go on weekend rush hours.
The restaurant is primarily famous for it's:
1.Ragi Sangeti Ragi Mudda (which was basically steamed Ragi, a type of millet, mashed with steamed rice ghee and some chilly powder into balls... resembled slightly flavoured mashed rice balls),
which is to be had with
2. Natu Kodi Pulusu (Country Chicken curry in a slightly tangy gravy)...
They also serve Vepudu/fry of all types of fish meat which mean the masala fried variant.
I personally strongly recommend the Kundelu Vepudu here .... which is unique and wont be found in most other Hyderabad restaurants.
Also, they have an amazing mutton biryani where the boneless mutton is in a mashed stringy form and absolutely melts in your mouth. It's the best biryani sort of dish I had in Hyderabad. The proper name I think is Mamsam Pulao.
And also, there are the traditional andhra favorites like Cheppala pulusu, Gongura chicken or mutton curry and also the Thalkaya Mamsam.
Overall, a good experience for Andhra food if you have no idea about this cuisine... just visit to any Rayalaseema Ruchulu Restaurants in Hyderabad. Overall I rate this restaurant as follows:-Food: 9/10 Ambience: 8/10 Service: 8/10
