An elaborate selection of Punjabi delicacies from the kitchen of Chef Sanjay Tyagi will be featured at Umerkot. The dinner menu on all days would have traditional dishes from the farmlands of Amritsar, Jallandhar, Pathankot and Ludhiana. There will also be some dishes with Sanjay's eclectic twist to traditional recipes. This special menu feature strives to elaborate the culinary appeal that has always been assocciated with Punjab and its fetish towards great food. A must visit for everyone who intends to savour the richness on Indian traditional cooking.
