Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
Dim Sum is usually linked with travelers on the ancient Silk Road looking for a relaxing yet light meal. While they definitely aren’t on the ancient Silk Road in Bangalore, there is something invigorating about spending a lazy Lunch or Dinner sipping tea and feasting on dim sum. Masterchef and Director, Pema Takchung created a revitalizing menu with bite sized fun. Try the flavorsome Lo Mai Gai – lotus leaves stuffed with Chinese sausage, shitake mushrooms and sticky rice or the visually appealing Har Gau – translucent and shiny shrimp dumplings. The Chinese Pearl Meatballs (chicken meatballs rolled in sticky rice) are a meal in a steamer. No dim sum experience is complete without copious amounts of green tea and steamed buns, especially Char Siu Bao – barbeque pork steamed buns.
