P!ng stands for the filling in the dimsums( as per the chinese) this research i did after i ate at P!ng :) I love food as many of you & at P!ng u get "Tasty & Healthy" food, which is less oily but tickles the taste buds!!!
As I am a veggie I starterd with the Veg Platter with a variety of Veg Dimsums ( the innovative part is I have never seen orange or green dimsums in my life) but this were so innovative& Tasty. I always thought MOMOS as Dimsums & P!ng has proved me wrong. Then I had the soup Spinach & corn(very light, but yet tasty & satisfying).
For the main course I had Dragon noodles & Veg Lemon Corriander, again the best noodles i have had in any chinese Restaurant - made very well & present in just the right quantity :)
For the dessert as I had read in Burrp I had the P!ng Bang, 5 scoops of any icecream for that price was a steal ;)
I will be back soon with my friends to taste the rest of the menu......!!!!!

Thank you for your write-up. We do endeavour to offer food that is good balance between taste and health. And I liked the fact that you took notice of the colours of some of our dimsums; and they are natural and healthy ways of colouring that use for example carrots, spinach and turmeric.
Since you liked what you have had so far, we are be quite excited to host you again because we have much more on offer that we think you would like. See you soon.
