Ping offers excellent chinese food. I had three dishes and I would like to talk about them in detail.
I was politely asked by the waiter about what kind of food I would like to have and I said I would like to start with spicy soup. Very prompty I was served with Thai Tom Yum Soup. I must say I was delighted to have it and it lived up to its reputation of a yummy spicy soup.
Next I was served a Non Veg Platter, and it had a combination of different items, ranging from Crabs, Chicken ( One of the best grilled chicken I had), and fish. I was great. The quantity was ideal and taste was fantastic.
I guess I was in the mood to hog and ordered something in rice. The Nasi Goreang was to my delight a refreshing form of fried rice that I had never tasted before. The dish was served with a egg poch on top and grilled chicken and prawns on its side. Extremly good way to present yummy food.
I would like to advice anyone who wants to have good chinese food to try Ping, and I am sure they would not be dissapointed.
I could make out that the menu had been well researched and thought out. The amience is good and quite, and you feel comfortable in the place.
