Being a punjabi myself, I still can't resist the food dished out at Copper Chimney over the decades....the restaurant which has consistently catered to 3-4 generations at a go & won them all over.
Chicken Chop [ their USP], Ab-e-hayat soup, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Paneer makhni[mussalam], butter chicken, Burrah Chop, chelo kabab, Kadak masala roomali, Dal makhni, Kabuli naan, cheese & garlic naan, Khumb Makai Paneer are my all time favourite dishes on the menu which have been tried & tested repeatedly over the decades.
Not to forget their famous green chutney.....a meal by itself when hogged with papad & onions.
Even though the food is a bit on the sweeter side to cater / appease to the large gujju clientele.
My vote for the best indian restaurant for punjabi / mughlai / North Indian food.
