CRM at its best
It was a rainly sunday last weekend.....i was lazy to cook and called just dial directory services for some restaurant tel no that will deliver to our place in GM Palaya( where no decent eatery wants to deliver). one among them was Pink pepper which they messaged. Before i could call them there was a call from a Vikram asking " what would you like to order mam". It took seconds for me to respond because this level of customer service was not seen by me In 6 years of stay in bangalore i must have called various restaurants messaged by the directory service chaps but i got a call first time from one of them within 5 min of my enquiry.
I must say the proactive approach was a welcome breather. I assume its a new venture started by some enthu folks. I wish them the best and let this enthu sustain. Of course food is primary in a restaurant which was also not a disappointment. Food was surely above average, neatly packed and delivered. I am sure with some attention to details they will get the food also right.
