REAL curd rice!
One can always find three types of businesses in every Bangalore street - wine shops, pharmacies and darshinis/sagars. I love the wine shops ("counter shots"!) and the pharmacies - one does need to pop Liv-52s to keep going back to the wine shops, but the darshinis suck ass big time! They were cute for about 5 minutes, with their ready to eat vadas and the online dosas, but the food usually is extremely crappy. There are a few exceptions of course but most of the sagars serve bad food. Where else can one get curd rice with pineapple and pomegranates in them, and red, sweet, thin sambhar? But back on topic, I go to Sri Krishna whenever I feel like getting a hit of (real) sambhar and (real) curd rice.
