Mesmerizing North Indian Food

I've been to Moti Mahal quite a few times now and every dish I order here ourperforms previous delicious memories of the same place. This is the kind of place where you go thinking the food will be great and find it even better than what you'd imagined it to be though it's not the first time you're walking into the restaurant. The beauty of taste here is that it builds slowly - in that you start eating somewhere near "good" and end at it-was-amazing. The building of taste : That's one aspect of culinary art missing from many good restaurants. Moti Mahal achieves this feat by their extraordinary balance of spices. You can try their famous butter chicken but any other dish here deserves to be just as famous.

This is one place that brings Delhi to Bangalore. And at around 1500 for four or five, it's pricey but isn't exactly heavy on your wallet.
