Hi ga_burrp,
First of all sincere apologies from us on not having met your expectations as a business. We take all customer feedback seriously and work on improving things based on them.
On the pricing front, our prices have increased by 15-20% on an average but per head bill still comes to 60-70 Rs for most of the people who come over. The pricing increase has been to make up for the increases in prices of key input costs like gas and milk. In my opinion 60-70 Rs for a neat meal is still a decent price and affordable for most of the people in Bangalore.
On the quality and quantity front we have not changed anything from your last visit. What happened in you case is certainly an aberration and it would be great if you give us another chance to correct this.
