The following is my rating Barbeque Nation. We headed to Barbeque nation for an office party this week.
Ambience: The ambience of the place is very good. Tables very nicely laid out, soothing interiors. There is a place in every table for placing the barbeque over the fire. The people who were serving us were very courteous, and they explained the concept of the whole restaurant. Only negative thing being that the place can get really crowded
Food: They serve you unlimited barbeques to start with. Some of them like the roasted potatoes ad the cottage cheese barbeque were good. The others like the corn and the veg-fruit barbeque were pretty ordinary. Most people around seemed to like only the first two ones. The buffet part consisted of a soup, different salads with strange combination of ingredients like the corn pomegranete salad etc. There was lasagne and pasta which were pretty decent. There was the usual rice, dal and two gravies and rotis.
The food was a pretty normal fare I should say. They said that there were 20 varieties of desserts, but we could find some 4-5 of them.
Value for money: Good for office parties, as the ambience is right for it. Not a place to hang out with your spouse or a friend. Priced ok for the ambience and the variety.
In short, decent place, nothing great or bad about it, but yes, nice concept!
