Dont go to Utsav in 2006
I have written a review before in which i gave 5/10 to Utsav. After my dinner there on Christmas weekend i would give it 2/10 in terms of food and service. I went on Saturday night and ordered a Paalak Paneer and Chicken Bhoona. The waiter served us Paneer with bread but did not bring Chicken order. On asking the excuse was - You ordered chicken bhoona after making full order - , which was not the case. Also bread that he brought along had to replcaed twice. Also chicken bhoona came after good 20 minutes after bread. Paalak Paneer had no taste of Paalak in it.
When i went and asked the guy at the counter about whats happening, his reply was that the Regular cook is on leave and these things are happening because of that.
I would suggest don't go to UTSAV in 2006.
