Awful service
The ambience is good but the service is apalling. We had organized a birthday party for my daughter who turned two - the party was a fiasco thanks to the proprietor - Mr Roshan. We gave him a time of 6: PM but when we arrived at 5:30 PM, absolutely nothing had been done to prepare the hall. Mr Roshan was unavailable, his staff claimed ignorance. Mr Roshan arrived at 6:00 PM and started doing the decorations himself as our guests began to trickle in. To say the least, it was absolutely embarassing for us.
Steer miles away from this place if you are planning a party and want to save your face:)
